The current sex ratio of the human race is now 1:107210 male:female, further exacerbating the already overwhelming female majority. World leaders felt the pressure of this birthrate crisis. In an attempt to stop this crisis of annihilation, they established the "SEX New Law" and issued each man a "free sexual permit". Originally disallowing anything but internal ejaculation meant to impregnate, it was eventually decided that men "should not be obligated to insert".
